New Year’s Resolutions for 2022

Happy New Year to you and your loved ones!

Wishing you love, health and abundance as you write the stories on the next chapters of your life.

And speaking of new chapters, how about including some yoga-time for yourself? It’s that time of year again when we bundle up and stay home. Brrr … it’s cold outside! Time for hot cocoa, fireplaces, good books, and health-supportive activities in the comfort of our homes. Would you like to join our yoga community during this season?

2022 winter will be a time to work on our core-strength. I mean, not only the core inner strength, but also those muscles in our core-body that make our daily lives easier. There will be an option for your unique body whether you are new to yoga, have unique needs, or are an intermediate (and even advanced) practitioner. Join, and we’ll work together to make your experience just what you need for the cold months ahead.
