At age 16 I was diagnosed with stage four cancer. With the help of my family, friends, and mentors, we overcame one of our worst family crisis.

How it began

In order to maintain my health, I learned and applied lessons, which were at times in conflict with what I was drawn to do, especially back when I was an adolescent or even a young adult.

My after-journey

After surviving cancer, I completed a BS in accounting and then moved to the United States to pursue a master’s in human resources at Georgia State University. I’ve developed my human resources career over the course of sixteen years and mostly in large corporations.

Prioritizing health

Wellness is front and center in my life. Making healthy life-style choices is not only a passion for feeling good, but also my expression of gratitude towards everyone who helped me through the most difficult times of my life.

Lifelong learning

Fulfilling my passion for well-being, and to complement my career, I pursued a plant-based chef program at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City. In 2019, I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. A passion for health, well-being, and human development, has been the compass of my life and my career. I love to feel good through healthy choices, and also love to help others connect with their inner coach.
